How quickly will I receive a response?+
Our team normally replies within two business days. Time-sensitive event questions are prioritized as the event date approaches.
How do I request a visa invitation letter?+
Invitation letters may be requested after your registration is confirmed. Include your registration details and passport name in your message. A letter does not guarantee visa approval.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?+
Yes. A fully paid registration may be transferred to an eligible colleague from the same organization when written notice is received at least 14 days before the event.
