Yes! We offer tiered group discounts: save 10% for 3 registrations, 15% for 4, 20% for 5, and 30% for groups of 6 or more. Contact us with your group details to receive a special discount code before completing your registration.

Registrations are fully transferable to another person from the same organization at no extra cost. For cancellations: refunds of 100% (minus $100 fee) are available 60+ days before the event; 50% refunds for 30–60 days; no refunds within 30 days. Yes. Our registration packages can include 2 or 3 nights accommodation at our partner hotel — the InterContinental Toronto Centre — at heavily discounted rates. Select the appropriate package during registration or contact us separately to arrange accommodation.

Visit the Submit Abstract page, select your scientific track, fill out the submission form, and upload your document (PDF or Word, up to 10MB). Our review committee evaluates all submissions within 5–7 business days and sends notification of acceptance, revision request, or rejection by email.

We offer oral presentations (15-minute talk + 5-minute Q&A), poster presentations, e-poster presentations, and workshop facilitator roles. Your preferred format can be indicated on the abstract submission form, though final assignment is subject to committee decision.

Selected keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees post-event through our secure online portal. Live streaming options may be available for virtual attendees — please contact us for details on virtual attendance packages.
